When I visited Dubai Mall, I noticed that not every buggy is free, but I actually got a free ride by going to the concierge desk and asking for help.
When I was there and started feeling tired from walking, I didn’t just wave at any buggy I saw, because those drivers usually don’t stop or the ride might not be free.
Instead, I walked to the concierge or information desk and asked if they could arrange a buggy to take me to my destination.
The staff were very kind, and they sent a white buggy for me because my walk was quite long. It felt really good to sit and ride through the huge mall instead of walking, especially after a long day of shopping.
